Meet the Lutz Plumbing Team

Amber has grown up around the business, but officially started her career at Lutz Plumbing in 2006 as a CSR and dispatcher. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S.E. and spent a few years with a marketing firm coming to Lutz Plumbing. Over the years, her roles and responsibilities have grown into a position as President. 

Amber is the proud 4th generation owner of the business, taking over for her father and 3rd generation owner, Jim Lutz. Celebrating Lutz Plumbing’s 100th year in business is one of her proudest accomplishments. Outside of the business, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Mike, two children, Liam and Lucy, and their dog Cooper.

Splash comes from a long line of water droplets and joined Lutz Plumbing in 2021. When he’s not busy with Lutz Plumbing duties, he enjoys being at the lake, river, ocean, or any body of water! Hopefully, you don’t find Splash in your home from an unwanted leak, but if you do, you can call the best plumbing company around, Lutz Plumbing! Splash also enjoys spending time with his friends at Lutz Plumbing making sure we take the very best care of our customers.

Kiara started her career with Lutz Plumbing in 2017 after leaving the healthcare management field. Kiara attended K-State University where she found her passion for helping others. Kiara is very passionate about our customers plumbing needs and the growth of Lutz plumbing. Outside of business, Kiara enjoys reading, volunteering in the community and spending time with her family.

Kevin has been with Lutz Plumbing since 1998 and before that was a plumber in Arizona after his time with the Air Force. He is a certified Master Plumber and his knowledge of the plumbing industry is among the best around. Kevin lives in north Kansas City, MO with his wife and two children. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, racing and spending time with his family. 

Scott is a former remodeling contractor with 30 years experience as a licensed Master Plumber. He was born in Colorado, but moved to Kansas City in 1993, where he started a family, with his wife, Sandy. Scott and Sandy live near Parkville and have two children, both in college. In his free time, Scott enjoys golfing and fishing.

Brent has been at Lutz Plumbing since 2011, but has been a plumber in the Kansas City area for 20+ years. He is a certified Master Plumber and very passionate about our customers and their plumbing needs. Brent lives in Grain Valley, MO and is married with three children. He enjoys his time as a member of the Knights of Columbus, bee keeping, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Cody is a Lacyne, KS native and a father of three. He has two girls and a boy. Cody has been in the plumbing industry going on 7 years strong. In his free time he enjoys working on his truck, golfing, and spending quality time with his kids.

Hunter is a St. Paul, MN native that went to high school in Olathe. After a few years at KU, he joined the Navy, then plumbed in Seattle and San Diego before moving back to Olathe to be around family. In his downtime, Hunter enjoys playing disc golf and basketball, and hanging out with his two black cats, Pippy and Fat Boy!

Before starting his career with Lutz, Willis was a meat cutter for over 10 years.  He is originally from Mission, KS and currently resides in Lawrence with his wife and children. When he is not working, Willis enjoys cooking, fishing with his boys, hiking with his fox red lab, and frisbee golfing. 

Noah has been in plumbing for over 8 years. He moved to KC after growing up in Virginia. Outside of work he likes to play old Nintendo games and work on his truck. 

Lamont lives in Kansas City, MO. He loves fixing cars up and racing them. In his spare time he loves spending time with his mom.

I have four animals; two dogs and two cats. I enjoy playing video games and reading books and comics in my free time. I am married to my beautiful wife and we have known each other for many, many years.

Blaine has been in plumbing for 2 years and loves every minute of it. He spends his free time hanging out with family and friends. Photo coming soon.
